This course compares the Arizona Commissioner's Standards to NAR's Code of Ethics. The course examines laws found in the Arizona Constitution, the Arizona Revised Statutes, and the Arizona Administrative Code. It also covers the Code of Ethics Preamble, Articles 1, 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 12, and 15 as well as additional topics including business ethics, professional conduct, courtesies, business etiquette, case studies, and enforcement procedures.
This course is designed to fulfill the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) requirements for Code of Ethics Training. To ensure that your local association will accept this course, we recommend sending them a link to this course description and request approval to take this course.
