Why Does It Matter Who I Represent? (OH)

This course will review the history of agency, clarify key agency terms, identify agency relationships including buyer brokerage and dual agency. It will evaluate how the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and state statutes relate to agency. Finally, this course will examine several legal cases that have molded the industry’s view of agency law and discuss how an agency relationship can be terminated.
