Introduction to Real Property Appraisal (HI)

In this course, real estate licensees will be introduced to the basics of appraisals. Students will learn the purpose of real estate appraisals, types of property valuation, methods for assessing value and will hear about trends in the industry. Agents will learn how appraisals can impact their transactions, improve their ability to price properties correctly, and gain strategies for helping buyers and sellers through the appraisal process.
