Developed from an outline provided by the Department of Commerce, this year’s curriculum emphasizes risk management and license maintenance. Key topics include understanding and applying risk management principles to disclosure requirements, contracts, negotiations, trust accounts, and purchase agreement cancellations. Additionally, the course provides a comprehensive review of the procedures and requirements for obtaining and maintaining a license.
