This course covers the topics of Arizona water, fire, and deed fraud. Students will learn about deeds, the transfer process, and how criminals conduct deed fraud. They will also learn about water rights, the challenges faced in Arizona, and issues impacting the development and transfer of real estate. Additionally, the course will cover wildfires, fire safety, statistics, risk assessment, and fire prevention programs. Beginning Jan 1, 2025, these 3 new topics are required for renewing a real estate license in Arizona.
