This course satisfies the ADRE 3-hour requirement for BMC #3, while also providing a special focus on property management. This version of the BMC #3 class is required for Designated Brokers and Associate Brokers, employed by a Designated Broker who are engaged in property management. The course highlights key responsibilities such as supervising salespeople and assistants—both licensed and unlicensed—managing brokerage operations, and ensuring compliance with Arizona law. Participants will explore broker risk management, effective supervision practices, and legal and regulatory obligations. The course reviews the broker's regulatory roles and responsibilities that apply to sales or property management functions within the brokerage, and explores the basics of property management and trust accounts.
