The course covers a range of topics, including timeshare sales agents, squatter eviction, representation agreements, the new managing principal broker license designation, supervisory agreements, landlord-tenant requirements, and radon issues. You will learn about these topics in plain language and an appealing format, allowing you to build your competence and stay ahead of the curve.
This course is mandatory for all Oregon real estate licensees to meet their continuing education requirements, and must be completed by Dec 31, 2027.
