Hours of CE Classes Required:

30 hours every 2 years:
3 hrs Required Core (LARRC - Law & Rule Required Course)
27 hrs Electives

Special Requirement For 1st Time Renewal - 30 hours as follows:
27 hour AP (Advanced Real Estate Practices) Course
3 hrs Electives

Principal Brokers must take 40 hr BASS (Brokerage Administration and Sales Supervision) course. Training Cove does not currently offer the AP or BASS courses.

Maximum CE hours allowed per day:

Oregon does not limit the number of CE classes you can take each day.

Quiz Requirements:

Although Oregon has no specific requirements for quizzes, we provide a short 5 question quiz at the end of each section plus a 20 question final exam to help improve your learning. You must score 70% to pass each quiz. If you score less than 70%, you can re-take the quiz an unlimited number of times.

After Completing Courses:

Immediately after finishing a course, you can view or print your Course Completion Certificate directly from the website by clicking on MY CLASSES. Then use eLicense to report your CE classes.
