After Completing Courses:

Immediately after finishing a course, you can view or print your Course Completion Certificate directly from the website by clicking on MY CLASSES. You will also be provided with a Notarized Affidavit form, which the Virginia Real Estate Board requires you to complete and maintain for your records. Training Cove® will report completion records to the Virginia Real Estate Commission at least once every 5 days. It may then take them up to 48 hours to update their system.
