During a course, I can't hear the audio.

Be sure your speakers are on and the volume is turned up (or use headphones). There might be TWO volume controls that you need to adjust...a software setting on your computer AND an actual volume knob on your computer speakers. Be sure BOTH are adjusted properly. If you still cannot hear the audio, click on the Help (?) button at the bottom of the slide and try using one of the other audio modes available. Note: Some portable devices require you to press the PLAY button on every slide.

If using FireFox, you must adjust site permissions to allow automatic playing of Audio & Video (click on symbol in front of web address).

If using Safari, you must adjust site permissions to allow automatic playing of Audio & Video (go to 'Safari' menu and choose 'Settings for This Website' ).

If using an iPhone or iPad, please download and try our iOS app from the App Store because Apple intentionally blocks automatic playing of audio on their portable browsers
