This one-hour course introduces Oklahoma’s 2025 deed-theft reforms under Senate Bills 877 and 925, highlighting new consumer protections, increased penalties, and the requirement for brokers to deliver the OREC Deed Theft Notice to all buyers. Licensees learn how to recognize deed theft risks and red flags, understand the impact of deed theft, and become aware of preventative measures.. This course meets the mandatory Deed Theft CE requirement due by November 1, 2028.
